Endless hot water and a smaller footprint. Heats only what you use, when you use it. Arctic installs and services tankless across Hamilton and the surrounding communities. Rent, finance, or buy, with local installers and install included.
On-demand hot water for a smaller household, sized at 160,000 BTU. It heats water only when you open a tap, and its condensing design pulls extra heat from the exhaust for a 0.95 efficiency rating. Built-in X3 scale protection guards the heat exchanger and skips the yearly descaling many tankless units need.
A mid-sized condensing tankless at 180,000 BTU, giving a busy household more simultaneous hot-water capacity than the entry model. It runs at 0.95 efficiency and only heats water as you use it, so there is no tank standing by and reheating all day. X3 scale protection removes the annual descaling chore.
The top-capacity model at 199,000 BTU, built for larger homes that run several fixtures at the same time. Its condensing design reaches 0.95 efficiency and delivers hot water on demand with no tank to run out. X3 scale protection extends heat-exchanger life and removes yearly descaling.
Navien's entry condensing tankless, sized for smaller homes and condos. It heats water only when you turn on a tap, so you get a steady supply without a bulky tank taking up floor space. In colder months it keeps up with about one shower running at a time.
The NPE-180A2 heats water only when you turn on the tap, so you get a steady supply that does not run out partway through a shower. Its built-in recirculation pump and buffer tank get hot water to your faucets faster than a standard tankless, cutting the usual cold-water wait. A tidy fit for a smaller home.
The NPE-180S2 steps up the output for a typical two-bathroom home while staying wall-hung and compact. It fires only when hot water is called for and modulates down smoothly for small draws, which helps efficiency. Comfortable with a couple of fixtures running, tightening to one shower on the coldest days.

Good to know
Questions, answered
What are my options for paying?
Three, and you pick on the product page. Rent it fully serviced for a monthly price, and it becomes yours at year 15. Finance the purchase straight from Arctic at 12.99% fixed over 3 to 10 years, with your APR shown before you sign, and own it from day one. Or buy it outright. Professional installation is included every way.
Do you check my credit?
A rental or a financed purchase may be subject to a credit check, as your agreement explains. Arctic finances its own customers directly, and there is no application fee.
What happens at the end of a rental?
The equipment becomes yours at year 15, at no extra cost. You can also buy it out earlier at a price that is fixed in your agreement when you sign, and you can see today’s buy-out price any time in your customer portal. If you sell your home first, you can transfer the rental to the new owners instead.
Can I pay monthly without renting?
Yes. Arctic finances purchases directly at 12.99% fixed, over terms from 3 to 10 years. You own the equipment from day one, and there is no down payment. It may be subject to a credit check. Your monthly payment, the APR, the total of payments and the full cost of borrowing, including the one-time PPSA registration fee, are all shown before you commit.
What’s included in the price?
Every price includes the equipment, professional local installation, and removal of your old unit. Rentals also include service and repairs for the life of the plan. On a purchase, a $14.99 a month (plus HST) protection plan is optional. HST is added on top, and nothing is added on install day.
Does my monthly price ever go up?
On a rental, yes, once a year, on the anniversary of your install. Increases are nominal in nature and tied to CPI and Arctic’s annual surcharge. The exact amount for every year, from the first to the fifteenth, is set out in your agreement before you sign, so there is nothing to guess and no other increase at any point. Purchase prices, financed or paid once, do not change at all. And you can buy out a rental at any time at a price fixed the day you sign, which drops every year and never rises.
Do you service my area?
Arctic serves the GTA and well beyond it, from Oshawa to Kitchener and Barrie down to Niagara Falls, including Hamilton, Guelph and Brantford. Enter your postal code at checkout and we’ll confirm install availability before you book.
I’m selling my house. What happens to the rental?
You can transfer it to the new owners. Mention the rental in the agreement of purchase and sale, give us the buyer’s name and the closing date in your customer portal before closing, and bring your account up to date. Once the new owners accept the agreement, your payments end. There is no buy-out required and no transfer fee. If you would rather hand over the equipment owned outright, you can buy it out first at the price fixed in your agreement.
Is there a trial period?
On a rental, yes: a 30-day trial, and the 30 days run from the day your equipment is installed, not from the day you order. If your rented equipment isn’t right, we’ll make it right or take it back, with no fees. Financed and outright purchases do not include a trial, so if you are buying, ask us anything you want to know before you order. One exclusion on rentals: the trial doesn’t apply to new home installations arranged through a builder.
How soon can you install?
You choose the install date, so you can book the soonest one that works for you. Pick a morning, afternoon, or evening window at checkout, and we call to confirm it. Every install and repair is done by licensed professionals. On a rental or a financed purchase, you also complete a short online identity check after you sign, and we confirm the install once it is done.
